Effective Date: April 19, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Workithm collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Service.

We may collect account details, workspace identifiers, profile data, invite-code metadata, task and delivery records, billing information, support messages, device and browser data, IP address, and usage logs. We may also collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact support or use administrative features.

We may receive information from authentication providers, payment processors, analytics tools, email or messaging services, and workspace administrators where permitted by law and necessary to provide the Service.

  • To create and manage accounts, workspaces, and permissions.
  • To deliver task management, approval flows, escrow-style workflow controls, and related SaaS functionality.
  • To process transactions, invoices, access rules, and audit trails.
  • To maintain security, detect fraud, and investigate abuse or policy violations.
  • To provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve the platform.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, with workspace administrators and authorized users within a workspace, with payment or authentication partners, when required by law or legal process, or when necessary to protect Workithm, our users, or the public.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Certain files, logs, or delivery artifacts may be deleted, archived, or anonymized according to workspace settings or retention rules.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also be able to update profile details or manage communication preferences through the Service.
